Insert Windows 7 Installation Disc

Hello, so recenly, I updated my Acer laptop to the recent update, and when it restart, it never go to the windows screen again. Like, it just pops to the startup sceen, if I press start normally, it just restart again. The proces just keep repeating. At the top, it says "Insert the Windows 7 Installation Disc and restart" but I don't have one. The repair option isn't there in Advance Boot Option. I tried callin Microsoft for help but they culdn't do much. They recommend to hire a technician but it's like 100+ dollar so nah. Can anyone help??

Oops, I should've post this in technology subforum

My dad tought me how to create my own version of a Installation disk but I forgot how to do it, if you have another computer that has Windows 7 you could try this on the computer that's working fine:
Method 1
or
Method 2

(if no luck then idk maybe try a repair disk lol)

Sounds like your os borked during updates. Options. (Im not at pc so theres not a lot I can check) You can attenpt to boot to a recovery partition on your computer and do a complete restore, usually this would be accessed by pressing F11 on startup. (google it to be honest its different with every model) IF your model of computer does not come with a recovery partition then you need to order the recovery oem from the manufacturer. In this case calling acer. They will send you a disc by mail that is usually around $40 that would restore the computer back to factory. Keep in mind these options delete everything on your computer unless you have a back up it will be gone. There are other options, you could attempt restoring back to a specific point as well before the update. Pressing f8 before the computer posts/boots should give you an option similar to the one you have Now. But you should see an option that says "repair your computer" if you go here there should be an option to do a system restore to a specific point. If not then you need to follow the first set of instructions.

I've looked around the web, and found since you couldn't get it working by using safe mode as you say that it didn't work, you might have to make a clean install of Windows 7. Meaning you will need a windows 7 disk or if you wanted to, download a pirated version of Windows 7 and install it on a usb and boot from there. That is if you have another laptop to help you with that.

I have a Toshiba, I think it's Window Vista? Idk, but yeah. I have another laptop. Do you know any safe website to pirate Windows 7? (Don't want virus)

Problem is, I don't have the money, and my dad hates to support me in things that are technologies related.

None of the options can get my laptop to work. It would just try to boot up, and then restart after the Windows logo pops up.

Pirate Bay, search "Windows 7". Get the one with the most seeders as it most likely won't have a virus, also make sure you get the right version (64bit/32bit). I'd give you a link but I'm pretty sure it's against the forum rules or something.

Do you really want Windows 7 or Windows 8 if you are going to the pirate way? Just PM me it so then I may tell you which place is best to get it at for anyone.

I cannot link it on the thread, as it was stated above that it is not allowed.

Mentioning it by name only doesn't seem to be. Vendetta seems to have taken care of that, though. :p
