Acct Recovery Question

I have a really old 2nd gen iPod with an account with around 3k hours. It doesn't even have enough battery to power up. Is there a way i can get the UDID off of it and have an admin manually restore everything? i quit before the email registration thing and i miss all my rare, old items >.<

You have to email Toonslab about it.

No, Im pretty sure they wont do anything for un-identified accounts.
it kinda sucks how graal started with no identification/verification system and then had to be added halfway through.

You can contact support.toonslab.com or an online staff member and we can transfer the account.

Under what circumstances do you do this? I've tried doing this before, but they say that they can't help me

This might help.

I actually had the same problem on my iClassic account. My iPod touch stopped working before the identify system was implemented and I thought that I would have to start again. What I found to have worked with me is that if you actually synced your iDevice to iTunes while you had the account set up on Graal, you can actually just restore your current iDevice from iTunes using those settings and your Graal account will still be intact. Worked for me at least and I was able to transfer my account over to my new device using the identify system and then just start playing as usual.

If it doesn't have power to turn on, why not buy a new battery if they still exist?

Try connecting your device to a power source and leaving it for at least 2 hours. Sometimes the battery power could be so low that it takes some time before the device can be responsive at all.

If iOS on the iPod is damaged and cannot boot up properly, it can be restored safely without losing your Graal character as the account is linked to the device UDID. You can force the device to start in recovery mode by holding down the home button when it is powered off and then connecting it to iTunes (while keeping the home button held down).

(I have also sent further instructions to you via PM)
