Secret Hat Locations [Spoilers]
 
I would like to say that if you do not want to know the location of these places, and you want to find it yourself, look away now.

The Secret Hat Shop.

The Shop Looks Like This:
The following spoilers will show you how to get there, good luck!

There's also a bear mask at the upper right corner of the map. The Ticket Seller is there. Go up, and go to the 3 crates, destroy and approach.

I just wanted to help everyone out, rather than everyone spamming each other for the location of the hats :unsure:
