i went and tried to order gralat pack 3 for 10$ then put password in terms of use came up and i accepted them went back to graal and i looked no gralat pack 3 tried redownloading tried restarting tried reboot ipod stil didnt have
i lost 10 dollars in appstore also so i should have it please help :'(:'(:'(:'(:'(

Email [email protected]. Staff should get back to you with information on how to receive your gralats. You will get what you paid for, just be patient.

you should have got a receipt in your email that's tethered with your iTunes account.

Sometimes when I try making in-app purchases and I am given an updated Terms and Conditions form to agree to, it cancels the in-app purchase. I just press agree and retry purchasing.

This used to happen to me a lot. Just take the receipt that you receive in your email and forward it to [email protected] and put a tiny description saying it didn't give you the $10 gralat pack. Xor should give you your money back or some other staff member.

As someone already said, you should receive inside your email (within a few days) and iTunes receipt containing the Gralat Pack 3 purchase information. Email this to [email protected], telling them you didn't not receive the 27500 gralats.
