Contacting support is so hard because they wont return my emails. Its been months. literally. I need to change my email account associated with my graal classic accout. Ican't access my email. I need to change it, but support is taking forever to reply. The change your password online website is down and I just wanna play classic.

Been there, done that.

Don't hesitate anymore, even if is the most unfair ban, no one will help you. Specially on Classic.

Most support grunts do not have the authorisation to change e-mail addresses. Managers are hard to get in touch with on every server :(

Ah I like completely mis-read your post. When you don't have access to the email, its hard to prove ownership. I'm a global but i don't do accounts support. If you can email xor proving ownership he might be able to help.
