Information Kiosk (FAQ) Where's the sign?

So,

the sign is gone, I'm guessing it is because the admins to much work, so they don't want us to know who they are anymore. All the do now, is host events lol.

False. There has not been an event hosted within a month. If so, they should have a button in the menu of iClassic showing all the admins instead of the sign because if you player search them, it's hard to find them since most players have the same nickname.

The admins who spent time discussing and being accessible to the players have, for the most part, left the building.

And, along with 'hosting events' don't forget those hat updates. Why remove the previous (decent) hats at frog shop and put in these...uh... interesting and expensive ones?

Who knows. Some one had a reason. We might never get a response as to why.

This is a truly genuine idea!
Great and easy way to contact game support.

You just aren't on when it happens. I saw a cliff climber the other day.

And would be cool to add /showadmin command too >~<

The whole reason we got rid of the contact sign is it directly praised the staff and condoned them for their work publicly. This is becoming a trend in Classic and we felt it fit that staff should work out of charity without public recognition. There is no incentive for being staff and the new trend became a way to announce their patronage instead of moderating/producing without incentive or direct recognition from players (in negative in a way of getting boosted attention.) And now we're implying an indirect supportive connotation for people to use our email system for their inquires because most players contacted us directly which kind of screwed our system a bit because the people messaging our staff would get instant priority over the people spending time emailing Toonslab which has always been unfair. What we're trying to implement now is a balanced enforcement of our resources so that everyone has the same equal advantage i.e our major ramifications should desolate all inequality whether it'd be unfair priority over reports/ban appeals or staff getting a recognition that implies a greater importance or their greater influence over players.
After all, staff are as much a player as you are, and we're not going to make a sign dedicated to every Unidentified Account that is created.

There is no incentive for being staff and the new trend being associated with helping out the game became a way to boost their personas instead of actually doing work to help the community. And now we're supporting people to use our email because most players contacted us directly which kind of messed up our system a bit because the people pming our staff would get instant priority over the people spending time emailing us.

This is fantastic.

The in-game support team will most likely vanish in the long-term.
Thus being replaced by a single support E-mail/Support.Toonslab.

No, the goal is to make an equal string of priority between every player. We're not implying that you can't ask a staff member for help but what we're trying to do is influence the players to use an equal mean necessary to resolve inquiries that won't inherit them to become a bigger priority over another player. Our Moderation handles problems that are in their control [with the resources they possess] and which are relevant to their expectations as a staff member. They handle-in game issues td:lr. Anything from resolving reports/punishing players who are disruptive or making sure the chat is safe. But anything that deals with your personal account such as transferring, ban appeals, and other problems that have no distinct relation to what our in-game moderators are capable of should be forwarded to our support team outside the game.

The e-mail has been there from the start and is probably the most useful tool to troubleshoot with actual problems. But for problems like "u mak me adman pls?" we need actual people to tell them that they can apply at gp.graalonlineclassic.com.

Off-Topic: Didn't that site ask about your experiences with Graal PC?

That problem can simply be addressed with a sign deliberately giving info for people intending to apply.
