Mediocre and Inefficient service
Alright, so I submitted a ticket to Support.toonslab.com asking for some kind of assistance. I go back next day, and it says it was deleted. Good job deleting my ticket, staff.
I submit a second ticket talking about my very first problem and mentioning how upset I was of how they deleted and ignored my first ticket, and now they tagged this ticket as resolved. So far no one has assisted me on my problem. I have played this game for more than 5 years, have spent $100+ dollars in-game-app purchases, and have worked as Player Relations on iZone as a volunteer. Not including how many hours of my life I have spent on this game and with friends. I can't believe how mediocre and inefficient this service is. Anyway, I hope that this can be solved, and I'm not denying the fact that I'm very pissed off. |
Toonslab has the worst service nobody cares about your problems they will reply whatever crap they can come up with.

Welcome to Graal you scrub. Where your volunteer works means ****, your hours mean nothing and you're a little filthy peasant in the eyes of Toonslab. Nexon has better service than Toonslab gg.

Sent a ticket once, got viewed, then no reply for a day so I send another. No reply.
Had to talk to the Co-Manager. |

If you don't mind me asking, what's the issue you're opening a ticket on the support site over.
Might help give us an idea as to why your tickets not being answered. Also- what server? (if it's not a general account issue) |
I don't think toonslab support is bad at all, they have always replied to me 100% and they have uplifted so many of my bans early.
Zadix point was that if you over react enough to the point where you bring in legal threats, they aren't going to take you seriously. Just because someone has a lot of hours and has spent money on the game does not mean you deserve special treatment, no one is above the law. Also, your second ticket was tagged as resolved because they already made their judgement by deleting the first ticket and so they are not going to look at it anymore. |

Honestly, I accept what I did and accept a ban, but in every single way you see this, it is excessive. IP Ban for undefined time, and Ban for a year? You staff should watch more carefully who you hire... |
