Maybe the button that says "Insert Image".
I'm not sure, You might wanna try it.

click the pretty button that says "go advanced" next to "post reply"
then click the paper clip button next to the smiley face up top of where u type.
click browse and find an image then click upload...
after u click upload, close the window and click the paper clip agian. then click ur file and it will insert it automatically :D

you can also try this, if you want to include an image that's hosted somewhere else already, which is called hotlinking, do like so:

aw thats no fun.. just go ahead and tell them all the short cuts :( taking ur time doesnt mean anthing anymore v.v
