It can't be entered yet but I'm guessing it has to do with the winter/christmas quest :o

Actually it is because i did. I messaged him in-game but he said he wouldn't refund until he received a new one. He doesn't need a new one to refund so basically it kinda is. He claimed to say that "his friend" uploaded him a random head and gave it to him while he didn't have a pc.
