Why do we still suffer horrible server & connectivity performance?

I have come to conclusion that GraalOnline is hosted on a child's laptop
through dial-up in space.

I suggest we all send in tickets to support.toonslab.com about the current
lag issue we all suffer from...

I rarely experience server issues, (today being an exception but is mainly because of Black Friday) it is not just Graal that is the problem it is probably your internet too and that is what makes me the angriest over people who complain about this, they always act like their internet is extremely fast and "perfect".

I have a corporate connection that is only used by me...
Speedtest: 2ms, 1Gb/out - 1Gb/in.

just make a video recording how laggy spars are during peak server hours (3500+ online, happens always during weekends)

upload it to YouTube with some buzzwords or phrases in the title: Graal, Stefan Knorr, Stephane Portha, laggy, server instability, cheap, ToonSlab, etc.

I am 100% sure that that they see these videos and do not like them
