1K Hat, injustice ?
 

Hello :D first of all I'm new to this so I present forum:
Aurelien, 15, I live in France with my family.

So I've been in several guilds and especially in 2:
A***** and W *****. (I was stay in the two guilds over 550hours their name will be "anonymous.")
At the end when the leader made ​​the list for the hat, it does not put the most loyal and the most active members but friends x).
So tell me .. what's the point has to stay for several months helping a guild if at the end it does not even reward you with a thank you?

There's no point in making a thread crying about how you didn't get the hat of some hat chaser guild. And to answer your question, no, there is no point because 99% of the time guild leaders will give the hat to friends/girlfriends/boyfriends, so I'm not really surprised when people who actually helped don't get the hat.

Spar better then tower taking
 

I'm not much of a tower guy xD you can see I dont live in my old tower anymore lol

I helped DD(dirty dutch) for their 1k but they gave me no ****,pretty much after that I abandoned tower taking and went to the art of spar! Ya with DD when they had 999 hours they just kicked me and I never got to see who got the hats and of course I didnt -.-
lemme tell u I dont regret abandoning tower taking, although I was really good at it taking towers solo Spar Taught Me Alot of things, much rather use a whistle gst item to annoy my friends then show off one crappy hat

People here really dont like people who's only focus for towering is hats, prepare to get a lot of ****.

I do not cry for myself I know you do not tower for a hat (well for some) but a reward does not hurt, even a thank you :).

To be honest you sound fairly new to the towering business, you should have expected something like this to happen. Players tend to do this because they think they have the power, popularity, or right to.. dont let it get to your head and keep towering and you'll eventually get what you worked for.

Thats why you make sure you have a good leader. I gave hats to all of my good members, and I did not give any spot to friends that weren't a big help.

I don't mean to sound rude here, but, nothing productive is going to come out of this.
There isn't/will never be a solution to this problem because that's just how people are.
So all i can say is suck it up and tower with a new 1k guild.

well ppl who are popular on graal often suck inrl and earn $0 and buy iTunes Cards to get gralats then have tons of gralats and make guilds then get famous and get fakebfs/gfs break up after 2 months and then say **** about the other and then live their life on graal

this is the life of some graal players i know

sorry you have encountered bad tower guild leaders OP, there are good and fun tower guilds out there though
had a lot of fun with the 5 I was a part of

if you're towering for the sole purpose of getting a hat, then my advice would be to carefully choose a guild that has a mature and responsibile leader with a track record of rewarding people appropriately

25 hat spots.
100+ members will eventually flow through the guild over 1000 hours.
The only members considered for those few hats spots must have stayed in the guild to 1k, and joined so many weeks before 1k.
Even then there will still be more than 25 people who fit that criteria.
And after giving hats to ranked members, only ~15 spots are left for regular members.

"gives hat to friends instead of the most loyal and active." A whiny phrase I see way too much. Its natural for ranked members to be friends of the guild leader. And it is natural for the ranked members to the first on the hat list. For the most part, these leaders and ranked members have been in several other tower guilds before and know how to get their hat, so they arent going to be inactive. It is unfortunate when an inactive ranked member is never kicked and still gets hat, but it is less common.
