Graal kingdoms smarter than your average classic staff

Here is a post made my Nico the graal kingdom manager. Just wanted to applaud him publicly for being smart enough to put someone in charge of a huge part of graal (clans/guilds). Might be something the classic manager would like to look into as it is a very neglected feature.

Graal Kingdoms Clan Admin Application

Graal Kingdoms is currently hiring a Clan Administrator in preparation for our release to Facebook. This position will serve an important role in our community as you will be interacting with many new players on a daily basis. We are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills, previous PR experience, and high availability.

Applications must be completed in as much detail as possible and should be submitted to [email protected].

Requirements:
You must be 18 years or older to apply
The application must be neatly formatted and should consist of both questions and answers
The subject of your email should be GK- Clan Admin Application <AccountName>
The application must be submitted on or before August 9, 2014.

Questions:
What is your account name and nickname?
What is your time zone and how many hours will you commit to the job per day?
Have you ever held a staff position? If so, briefly explain where you worked, how long you held the job, and why you left.
What makes you the best candidate for this position?
Provide an example of when you had a conflict with another player or staff member. How did you handle the situation and what did you learn from this experience?
We are highly selective and appreciate your patience as we carefully observe each and every application. A final decision will be announced within 2 weeks following our scheduled deadline.

Thank you for your time and good luck to those who apply.

They also have more use with clans than Classic does with* guilds and all guild matters get addressed properly on Classic so what's the issue?

What exactly would a Classic guild administrator moderate? I can understand the depth with GK but with Classic it would nothing much more than a title when compared to a normal GP.

Why is this in the classic sub forum?

In that huge jumble of whatnot, he's also trying to suggest that Classic institutes a Guild Admin. Although as adressed by others, guilds on classic don't do enough to require a Guild Admin. On servers that have them like PC Era and GK there are a ton of gang/clan related activies. Wars, etc.

implying that this is a necessary staff position on iClassic
implying that there aren't automated systems that operate as "Guild Admin" on iClassic

This has nothing to do with Classic at all and I'm not really sure if you're the one doing the hiring for this position, so I'm just closing this thread instead of moving it into the proper section.
