It's actually a command of the Graal Relay hacking program. That's why it says no hacking

its not allowed cuz.. dey wel ruls dse wurld!Q!!

It was put in place to stop graal relay users as stated above.
But to bypass that you could simply change relay setting from /gani to something else lol.

Its mainly to prevent script kiddies who snagged a binary of the Relay and can't modify the source or can't reverse engineer it.

Well, relay loads weapons into some file, and you can load that file in the relay injection. So any script they have their hands on can replace the /gani file etc...

The /gani command is built directly in the relay server. It is possible, however, to make your own /gani script and load it in the server.

I don't use relay that much, but I'm assuming by what I did last time I used it.

those "some files" you are referring to are precompiled npc's. It's bytecode.

And graal relay is not a "hacking program" or "hack tool". It's something you use to log packets with and was mainly made to reverse engineer the network protocol.
