Problem with controls

This happens to me sometimes and unstick me doesn't work.
I solved this by deleting the app and re-downloading.

If you running Graal on an Android device, I found that when I force stop the application and open it up again, the d-pad is back and can control my character.

happens on my iPod touch, I just close the app/end the process and reopen and then it's fine

I had something similar today on FB... but only no weapon / tool slots... i could still walk around.

Does this happen after logging out doing something specific, like using the focus/house panning tool?

Whenever this happens to me its just from entering my guildhouse. Always seems pretty random.

not the panning tool in particular... it just kind of 'happens' sometimes...

I think it has to do with lag/latency.

This only happens for me when my screen is zoomed in on iPad.

Make sure you have a good connection to what ever internet/wifi you are using.

Yes,that used to happen to me,Try to Force close the Game,And relogin Again.
