When is CTF building will reopen?

CTF is all what i do for fun and money,can someone tell me when is it gonna reopen?

It might never come back, to be honest. While it was fun and all, people were able to easily boost PKs in there, so it had to be closed.

dont expect it any time soon. classic only has a couple qualified developers so getting things done with a sense of urgency is not a possibilities atm.




note: maybe it can open up again since it has become a trend for players to exploit the mob pk scene currently going on around graal city. The weekly leader has over 40k kills and im happy to say that at least she doesnt abuse the arrow spam.

Honestly, you probably didn't even play CTF. Pretty much nobody would, it was popular when it opened, and then towards the end when people took advantage of it. If it opened again then it'd be popular for a month, and people would just take advantage of it again. Maybe instead of wasting their time staff could make it into something new!

Hasn't it always been a trend to PK out of Graal city though?

OT: I'd play CTF if they added an option for guild CTF and a few more maps.

That would be pretty awesome.

I wish they'd revamp it so it'd be more popular, like Blueh said guild CTF would be nice. I enjoyed playing, but it was so empty that it was just running back and forth on your horse, avoiding the three noobs who were playing with you

the area between zone and fan was my pk spot all of 2011 and on and off since then and i dont recall that area ever being pkd in a mob style for 2 weeks straight. most people just mobbed pk at mod. the difference is that these mobs are bigger since the number of players and pkr has increased which allows people to get fast kills without having to cheat.




i would prefer having both options available. personally i didnt discover ctf was fun until about 2 months before it was closed(which i probably contributed too and not because of boosting). I would enjoy a guild version or the original version.

and ya having more maps would be a good addition.

Kills were disabled.

CTF was a ghost town. It was popular when it was first released then gradually became, like I said, a ghost town. If it was re-opened, the same thing would happen. I don't think any amount of revamping would change this outcome.

Everything in graal besides towering,afking,chatting,bking, and sparring becomes a ghost town. The railroad,archering, questing, looting. So complain about those. People enjoy going to ctf every once and awhile. Doesn't have to be frequently. Ctf is like a guild tradition for some, maybe even a place to actually have "fun" for others.

CTF should just become an event that staff hosts. I would recommend changing the ctf system from what it used to be- but even that isn't necessary.
