ok so can you get banned in the actual game for posting something on here that "offends" a player?

Thallen is nice, you should enjoy his presence wherever you go.

Impartiality is an interesting subject, but ultimately you have to trust anyone who has both forum privileges and RC rights to not abuse an in between. I think you'll find this place is run by some pretty mature individuals

I'm just trying to figure out why a couple people were banned, and if the forums have to do with it.

If i go on a forum not officially owned by FIFA and "offend" someone, I just get banned from the forums not the actual game even if someone from EA read what i said.

No, you'd just get in trouble here, if that. Depending on if what you're saying is just your opinion, or actually something offensive.

I think if somethings offensive its offensive no levels of degree IMO. So lets say its uhm "super dooper" offensive, would you get in trouble in the actual game?

I'm sorry if you misunderstood me; I tried to clarify again in my original post.

What I mean to say is, it's pretty hard to get banned from these forums. Concerning the ban leaking to a ban on any of the Graal servers, I've never heard of that happening before.

You can't get banned on the actual thing but I don't know why you want to be offensive do you want to have no friends...?

In these situations, I feel it is best to name and shame if you're going to take the public route. You've already given up the option of seeking this/these individual(s) out privately.

Mod and RC abuse can and does happen, but there may be more to the issue than you are currently lead to believe.

The question is not CAN you get banned.
The question is WILL you get banned.
Its stupid to ban someone for something they said in an unofficial forum, but if any server admin gets buthurt enough they WILL ban you in game. All they have to do is make up a bs excuse for the ban.

I seriously figured I was the only who was thinking this.

I got banned a few days before GST for what i assume was something i posted on here and this certain individual raged and what not to get me banned by what I assume is a friend of his. Long story short I submitted a ticket asking for more info immediately I was shot down any info, so I waited til night time to submit another ticket hoping someone else would handle the situation and i was immediately unbanned, because in the end it was a bs reason/excuse to get me banned in the 1st place over something i said here which is the unofficial forum.

Sometimes its hard for these younger gps to make wise decisions when they let their friendship with other players affect their descion making. But atleast the toonslab thing worked i thought it was just another way to blow people off.

I agree. I guess if anyone gets banned over some bs reason, wait a few hours to submit a ticket and have someone else handle it, who hopefully is not being brown nosed by certain people lulz
