Smite
 

So I've been hooked on this game for the past couple of months.

I wasn't really a fan of the traditional style of mobas, so Smite was something refreshing.

It's basically a third person view moba that are based around mythologies. Greek, Roman, Chinese, Egyptian, Norse etc.

My guide is designed around the role of being the teams jungler, so I just named it Goddess of the Jungle because she's one of the better jungles right now.

Its an alright game. A good alternative to LoL.

Dota is the word you're looking for.

Ehh, I wouldn't use DOTA to describe games like LoL, HoN.

DOTA was the conception of the sub-genre, but as it gained popularity with developers making their own game based off the mod and the hugely successful LoL, it became its own sub-genre of RTS. To continue to call them DOTAs would be wrong. :(
