Pet Robots
 

I play bomb spar a lot. I'm not exactly sure what I'm doing wrong but my pet robots get deleted every other 2 days. Sometimes every day. I'm so sick and tired of it. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong??? I just want it to stop please try and fix this.

I've seen dozens of players complain about this, seems to be a serious issue.

Is this really the OFFICIAL support center? I highly doubt it with that link....

I'm pretty sure it is the official support center. I know Zone and Era might use it.

it seems to be. also seen emails being replaced in bans with that link. its useless imo, as if it would change anything

I don't really care emailing or pming staff for it back, but its so frequent it's so annoying. I have only 1 robot left, which is a mining robot

I contact support every single day. I spent 8k on my robot and I'm sick and tired of losing it.

Fix this, don't let robots vanish.

I'd like: My Blue Nephi pet. My Watermelon pet (Made by Bigfoot)
and I want the glitch where I lose them every day patched!!!

I didn't make the watermelon pet. I believe it was done by Bigfoot.

I lost my yellow peep robot to this glitch ;-;

I just lost 2 VIP pets from last year :/... The bone and spider ones are gone. This bug is annoying and so is being disconnected every 5 minutes .-.
