Random idea.....what if there was a day called Magnum Day, where everyone in Era had a .44 magnum and a .44 magnum only?
(incase u didnt know era .44 magnum is insanely loud)

Half the population would probably hide inside start, not going outside for the sake of their headphones..also bases would be ear damage central.

This somewhat goes back to the whole "Gun trial" idea.

Which to me isn't too much if a good idea.

Any person can own any gun on any day of any week of any month of any year with the power if mommy's credit card.
