Lost account?

Ok so I have no idea if this happens a lot or very often, but quite awhile back in 2012-2013 I came across a player (idk his name anymore) in burger refugee who offered me his account. I at the time didn't have my email verified and thought that would be great because he was much better than me. So I proceeded to use his email and he verified the use of the email on my device. I was thrilled, of course, and he told me to get off of graal for 5 minutes for it to "fully work." I did as I was told and sure enough when I came back on graal, I didn't have the account he "gave" me and I didn't have my previous account. I was left with a few hats, a couple of action things, and no stats whatsoever. I raged about it and quit for about half a year before I proceeded to contact various admins and fill out problem forms asking if there could be anything done. I also emailed graal online explaining the situation. One admin (idk who) informed me that my stuff was found and I was thrilled. A couple of days passed and nothing was happening. I kept on bugging the administrative staff non-stop and they still didn't do anything. Is there anyway I can recover what I lost? I lost many old hats from 2011 and such that were very dear to me. Any information on the subject would be appreciated. Thanks.

This is why Graal is a huge bummer.
When staff can't keep promises.

If you put his email on your account/device then he could easily steal your account.

You would still probably want to bug/ask admins about it. Sometimes they are busy and it takes awhile for them to respond.

This is all i know, others probably know better so listen to them.

I'm guessing incidents like yours happen frequently, and that's why they have pretty much made it so you have to use an Email and Identify your self to be able to do more stuff in game. You should never give out your info specially when there are plenty of Pedo's on the prowl. Just be careful with that and good luck getting your stuff back.

Just because there are Graal id's does not mean we can specifically hunt through and find out which is specifically their account. Also, since they did not verify, that means we can not really prove it is theirs... for all we know we could just be transferring some random persons account to their new one.

This is why identifying is important.

Some admin can check pms and check indentifications and see there graal ids :)

As far as I know, my account was just reset, rather than given to someone else, because I do still have a couple of items I acquired from 2010-2011. I have some photo evidence of some items I had on my past account.

2010-2011 Items you have was recovered by the admin.
