Sparring changes
I know this is never going to happen, but i believe pking and sparring would be better if we could use more moves than just slash. Maybe like a charging (running ) strike that does one whole heart (2 damage) and a block/shield that stops damage from any attack to the front of the player, (cant be held down of course)
Maybe a spin attack that requires 3/5 a second to charge? Of course all these moves would be given on default or have a easy quest to learn them, not paid for. I just feel that these moves would make sparring more... Complex.. And have more a style/ strategy. |
I would actually try to pk and spar if they had these

Why post a thread about something you know wont happen?
|
Just to see if I'm the only one that finds a one basic attack and movement fighting system boring and limiting.
|
Yes I agree with the idea but the controls for these would be tedious.

Holding down the movement button while holding attack- rush attack
Spin attack- double tap sword quickly while not moving Block- shield button |

This would be epic. I'd love to see this. If it was my choice iClassic would be reset and have better systems and be more fun.

There is actually quite a lot of strategy behind the limited movement and attack capabilities. There are endless ways you can move, sideways, vertically, diagonally or pretty much, anywhere. Because of this, you can actually have a pretty deep area of strategy. You have to be good at spar to fully understand it. |
The art of sparring:
1. Always circle your opponent 2. Go behind and slash them. 3. Never give them the chance to hit you! |

(Obviously these rules are a bit odd, seeing as nobody can get above power 1 sword, always has equal hearts, and the players are alone in the arena. Still, picture a spar. Not a Graal sword-sword spar, a boxing match. No props are allowed.) Not a fan of this idea, sorry! |
uh thats from pc. it was different there. they had the attacks and such to use in pking.
