Hat Folders

I strongerly recommend iClassic to add a system where we can organize our hats and manually place them into folders which can be titled. Like if I want to wear one of my favorite hats, I'll check out my folder labeled "Favorites" rather than surfing through my pages of hats which most of them I rarely wear. If I want all my event hats in one place, I can make a folder for just that.

This would be utterly useless to players with less than 6 pages or so, but this would be beneficial for majority population. And please don't reply with "Stop being lazy" if you ride a mount to get around the map when it only takes 2mins or less to get from Swamptown to Snowtown by foot.

I like the idea, considering all Classic is, is Hats.

Love this idea, I'm usually an organize freak and being able to organize the hats would be fantastic! Plus the hats would be much easier to find.

itd be nice. a good way to see how many hats you actually wear and how many are useless, and a way to get to the hats you wear quicker.

Well not exactly a folder/complex system, but there is now an option to dedicate your first page of hats to your last worn(17) hats. It was the simplest way to do it and actually get it done.

Maybe one day we'll have hat folders and such. You just have to realize that some players have... A LOT of hats. And when you have a lot of hats, in order to organize them we'd need to have more flags keeping track of them. That's even more crap to save to your account, and for people with a lot of hats that can get pretty massive pretty fast. That's why the current one only tracks your last 17 worn hats.

Imo i think its good enough and im sure will be a big help. Of course I only have about 6 pages of hats so it doesnt take me long to find the 1 I want anyways

twilit 10-10-2013 05:51 AM

Instead of folders, why not just add a way to manually order hats. If all it's doing is switching the order of the array list it shouldn't need to save extra data right?
