Draco hayze is right but that isnt nice at all,draco take a different approach to this hiring thread,instead of the thread name heing that it should be hiring staff for (servername) then in the first post name all the staff you need and how much you have done so far with pica aswell or something but that is a good way to start i guess,but you need ganis and gfx aswell to those are very important.
