Disappearing items?
Alright, so I want to know if I am the only one having this problem. A whole ago, I bought the Valentine's Day Robot for $7777 gralat. I worked hard to get that money since it was hard to earn gralat, and I enjoyed it very much. I bomb sparred a lot with it. Then, after a while it suddenly disappeared. I emailed Zone about it with my player ID and I got no reply. I'm still waiting for them to restore it, and I have proof that I have it since I have around 25 bomb spar wins and yet only mining, autofire and medic robots. And then today me and my little sister did the level 7 mission to get her PvP tokens and me to level 9, and she mined a lot while I destroyed power stations. She had a good amount of gold, silicon, and a few graalium, and when we finished she got a huge chunk of experience, 178 gralat...and the minerals were gone. She did not die. Are there other people who's items are disappearing?

Spam them until they actually help because they can check it if you name them your Graal ID.
With the spam I mean, wait 2-4 days before they answer/help, not everyone has a lot of time. |

Ya zones email has never really helped me either. I've had a lost robot for almost a month now and I've emailed twice. As well as another email asking if it was possible to change the email on my acct.

I applogise first about the late responces on the zone email. We have alot of emails currently in our inbox. (Mostly because of a gserver bug at unstick) It takes about 3-5 minutes for me to verify logs, check players items and their ship. One staff member who is qualified to handle lost robots is also out for a few days, so it is slower than useal. I am going to go online and spend about 2 hours answering support emails, so hopefully I can get most of them.
If you sent an email before July 14 and you didn't receive a responce, please resend your email. |
You guys really need to figure out what is causing this, it would save a lot of time and effort. Maybe make a restore button where if you purchased a robot, and it dissapeared, you can restort it back to you inventory.
