help with sign in issue
 

hello,

so I have been playing the ipad version of graal online classic for a while now but I finally got grail player worlds on my PC. I try to create an account but it tells me my email has already been used but when I try signing in non of my grail passwords work.

any idea whats going on and what I can do.

I had that happen to me before. Does it ask for you to type a code??? If not, make a new email I guess....

Yeah, I've heard about it happening to a lot of people. Eurocenter needs to fix it, the question is, how are we supposed to bring it to their attention the proper way?

Say "eurocenter you need to fix this" or email [email protected] and adress it to him if you want anything to get done. Chances are, he knows about it.

so what should I do, id really like to play

Try making a new email first. If that doesn't work then do what I said in the post above.
