Medics deal 1 less damage than Citizen
I don't know when this started, but I noticed it when I was checking the damages of the nature guns. Medics are having their damage reduced by 1 from base, so that Citizens actually deal more damage than them.
For example, I had a medic shoot me with a watermelon gun and it dealt 7 damage, then I had a commando shoot me and it did 9. Then I had a medic shoot me with an LR Pulsar and it did 3 damage, then a citizen shot me with one and did 4. |

I thought "Stefan is not changing the classes"... Now medics are just nobs, PK and Spar will be harder for us u.u

Classes haven't been touched in a while. So I am going to assume they have been this way the whole time. Nobody has changed them at all.

If thats the case it seems like the reduction should definitely be removed... Commando is by far the best class and they receive the benefit of more damage with no drawback. The slight move speed boost of medics doesn't compensate for the reduction in damage, and why should they have to pay for the speed boost at all?
And I realize Medics can build medi bots commandos can't, but honestly that doesn't give Medics a notable advantage. Most people will do what I did: temporarilly turn to medic to build a bunch of robots then switch back and use them as a Commando. Maybe if Commandos and Defenders couldn't use the robots it would be a real advantage. It's pretty obvious watching how many hits it takes a medic to get a kill in spar that Medics are at a complete disadvantage... especially against a commando/defender but even against a citizen. |

Medics also have healing pets which heal rather quickly. So the one less damage is equaled out by the healing pet.

I think a damage reduction could be implemented, but equalized out with an actual speed boost. At the moment the speed boost is barely noticable and your'e better off with commando.
