EC Upload Questions

I have some questions about ec uploads. I got 2 today.

When do they usually happen?
How many are there in one day?
If I find another upload spot can I upload there and get another one?

No, you can only get the one that you got in the ec pm.

EC uploads is up to snk or higher staff positions.
No ordinary admin can just jolly well spam ec upload.
You took a wrong place, it shows the correct pic to you.
