Why exactly is it that staff have no clue when they should cut it out with the hats? Yes, players like hats. But every update since who knows how long, as well as being infrequent? It gets annoying. Big stuff is often promised and never gotten around to, I know. But keep in mind so far "We've added 2 hats to X!" Has become the norm on the newsfeed. It has seriously become outright annoying.

What I'm saying is that that there are enough cosmetics updates for now. If hats were dropped for a period of time, maybe they could get things done.

Yet players whine when they don't get hats, or they request hats when they aren't released alongside an update.
