3DS Prices Help?

Usually I don't buy expensive electronic devices off the internet, but since I'm buying it new I figured why not. The problem is the first link has the 3DS going for $160.00 while the second link has it going for $140.00. It seems too good to be true. Although, I've bought a lot of items from FYE at our mall so they seem like a trustable company. I'm just wondering if the second link price is legit or not.

Amazon is pretty secure so no need to worry about that. Is the shipping price for the 140$ one more expensive?

The cheaper one seems legit. The seller has a high feedback but 283 is pretty low.

I ordered one on Walmart a few days ago. The 3DS, Animal Crossing, and OOT, costed a total of $275. Only reason i bought it off Walmart was because it is free shipping. The 3DS was $169 and the games were $30-40
But everywhere i looked the 3DS, and the games was the same price or only around $5-10 off. But i cant turn down saying $20 on shipping :)

Also Amazon sometimes sells used items. So that might be why one was cheaper.

Thanks guys! Unfortunately when I went to buy my Amazon gift cards today the $140 one was sold out. I guess I'll have to settle for the first listing. The shipping was about $3.99 I believe so it was cheaper. Are there any games I should get? I'm planning on getting Mario Kart 7 and Animal Crossing New Leaf.

-Fire Emblem: Awakening
-Tales of the Abyss
-Theatrhythm Final Fantasy
-New Super Mario Bros. 2
-Pokemon X and Y

Im a give you a trick on how you can get the 3ds almost free. Buy it at target and get the extended warranty. 3 months before the warranty expires call their support line and tell them its not working. By that time the model you bought will be extinct and they will send you a gift card for the original value of the 3ds.

Remember when shopping on Amazon that Amazon will normally only help you out if you buy from a featured/fulfilled merchant. If you buy from a third-party seller normally Amazon won't really be much help if something goes wrong.

Thanks for the advice. I did end up buying from a user with 99% feedback and a "FULFILLMENT BY AMAZON" title below their name. It cost a little more for the user, but better safe than sorry.

I heard Fire Emblem was a good game. I'll look up some gameplay.

How does this make it free?? You still have to buy the 3DS and return the "broken" one.
