- Pick a random person and start following them.

- Suddenly shout: "MR PRESIDENT GET DOWN" and tackle them to the ground

Um... Graal Secret Service? Your logic is way off. If you organize yourself a group and openly wear a "secret" gang's tag, it's no secret. Heck, you went out of your way to go onto a forum to advertise. I figured this wouldn't be some helping gang... You do know that a secret service doesn't go around openly helping people, right?
