World Chat rename to Trade Chat
 

I'm pretty sure someone made a thread about deleting the World Chat because almost no one uses it at all. As many of you know, there are many Traders on Era and i thought why not rename it Trade Chat so people can talk to others about trading certain items as well as have a variety of people to choose to trade with. Please leave feedback! =]

So you just want the name changed? Kinda pointless.

No, this would make the world chat (trade chat) be used more since it would be promoting trades.

You could already do the same things in world chat . Yea sure it will attract users for the first couple weeks, then it will pretty much die again.

And why can't people just say what they're trading in start or at the trade tables? I mean, first someone wants to make a trade sub forum/thread (not everyone wants to look at graal and switch to graalians over and over just to look for new trades being offered) and now world chat? More work than it's worth imo.

Exactly, sub forum is pointless but changing the world chat to the trade chat can promote trading. Not everyone stays in start or trade rooms, so they can somewhere else instead of populated areas. I.E. While basing, if no one is attacking, why not check if anyone is trading any unique rares? While waiting to join spar, especially in underground, check the trade chat quickly.


Atleast it'll be used unlike world chat now.

Yeah . Just make one room called "trade room" and spam it around start until everyone joins.

No, it might be for the first few weeks, but after that I'm pretty sure no one will use it. You can already ask for trades in world chat. A name change won't really be sucessful..
