A coule people has been doing this and isn't fair. (not pointing fingers) But when the event warped there would be 1 or 2 people that are paused in the middle of the level which couldn't get kicked. It's said (Paused) but they had 0 Hp. And they were there. So then they would be the last ones and win the event. Please fix it's ASAP.

You cam do this for multiple events and win. Ex: Gas Chamber, Pumkin Drop, Classic Killers, and more.

I think the whole "paused" deal happens when exiting the app with multitasking on, or open a menu for example: the profil/inventory

They do it by locking their iPhone, it's not rocket science.

When you are paused for more than 5 minutes, a player is automatically sent to the hospital.

Its not just multitask or lock screen ;)
