Tiered Tower System
One of the issues I've found with towers is that it's very difficult to get a tower guild started. You have hardcore no life guilds that take certain towers 24/7 and work "shifts" in order to have it constantly guarded. This makes it next to impossible for new guilds to start up, since the only really viable time to cap is at night when fewer are online(SHRUB literally only succeeded because we would cap late into the night when fewer were online).
These changes are designed to provide simple objectives for smaller guilds while providing larger, more epic ones for large guilds.
The solution to this would be to make a Tiered tower system, with 3 tiers of towers.
Tier 3 towers provide the greatest rewards. Their levels should be designed to hold mass scale pk battles and to avoid blocking via narrow paths/doorways. These towers are likely to receive the most attention due to their massive score(I'm thinking 10x a tier one tower) There would probably only be one tier 3 tower. This tower would likely be taken by the best guilds on the server.
Tier 2 towers provide the next best rewards, I'm thinking 3x a tier one tower. These towers would be a good alternative for guilds that can't get the tier 3 tower. There would probably be three tier 2 towers. The competition for these would still be pretty tense.
Tier 1 towers would offer the base rewards. These are a great opportunity for starting guilds, or guilds that just don't have many players online at the time and want to contribute something. There should be 10 of these, to keep them relatively easy to capture.
With these changes I think people would attempt to take towers more actively, many people including me pretty much gave up because of how large of a group you need to form to capture something.
