UN is hiring LATs, GK is hiring devs, those are the two PC servers which have some players on them and are actually hiring as far as I know.
There are many UC servers like Roak or that weird Demonium(renamed now) server looking for development aswell, but I suggest you ask on the real forums for applications. (you need to have an active gold subscription)

I don't know about no servers, but you can come get a job here at Mann Co. for about the same pay! Oh, but before that you have to sign a 10 year contract.
