Looks like I'm going host a tournament this month after all but we're still switching to a quarterly schedule.

Why is it switching to a quarterly schedule? What was wrong with monthly?

too much work, tbh, it should be every other month, many players actually looked forward to these events.

Every other month sounds a lot better then every 3 months.

It is a lot of work (and stress) on myself to host these tournaments every month and lowers the value (in my eyes) of the tournament every consecutive month we continue to host it.

There's also no reason other staff can't host significant events every month in between GST events either.

Time for the staff to step up then.

GST was probably the only thing some people looked forward to but now that it's going to be on Janurary 2012 after October kind of stupid.

Quarterly is way too far apart, every other, see how it goes. Or, we should have events, or random GST.

Haloween GST, Christmas GST, Summer GST, etc.

You're putting way too much dependence on GST, it's about time other events became more important.

I agree with Fp4, there has been more worry on the Gst then other events like Hide n seek or some other creative ones we haven't seen. If all the staff did was make Gst events, then people who are not much into sparring would be less interested in Graal.

Let's see some other events then. The Murder Mystery Theater is a start, but we do need some more variety of events.
