NEW RARES?

Hi,
Everybody likes rares
Everybody likes auctions
People with rares dislike it when they arent rare any longer
ive started GFXING alot more now and ive done a few melees, but does anyone have any ideas for new rares?
and is this a good idea? bringing out new rares to let the older onens stay 'rare'
would be good to get some positive feedback :).
