Personal Uploads
 
OK so when they first made it that you could upload personal head and bodies i thought it was cool. I was ok waiting for about 4-5 hours for it, but not its horrible. I will upload a head at like 10:00 am and ill get the head the afternoon. I mean really should it really take 10-15 hours for a personal upload. Please tell me if anyone else has to wait this long.

The uploading admins aren't uploading at certain times and have to check a lot of peoples files to make sure they're ok. Maybe they just need more uploading admins from a different time zone so uploads commence during the day.

They arenīt online 24/7 to upload stuff for people.
Also if they are on they might not feel like doing it. People still wonīt follow the guides what they might upload and not. If people would care for that, staff might feel more like uploading them.

Ive never understood y ppl complain about this, does anyone remember when it would take up to a month to get ur shield/sword?

As said by many staff members and even players before me, all staff are not on their admin account 24/7 or a majority of the day we do have other things to do in life then be around on Graal. When you submit your upload patience is key. You should not expect to get the upload right away, but when you upload your graphics I do recommend uploading before you go to sleep at night or before you go out for a very long time because the chances of it being uploaded is very high. I can tell you that I personally do uploads at around after school (If I do not have anything else to do) at around 3-5pm EST. :)

To be honest, they said the upload system is to improve upload times for swords/shields/heads/bodies. I don't really see it because now its much slower

It used to take months to upload customs and I'm not even exaggerating at all. Now it only takes a day.

It's better then how it used to be for shield and sword uploads, it'd take weeks to months for them. It's alot faster now, so why complain? :) It won't harm you to wait a few hours to a day lol.

Staff members can check uploads when they please, and aren't obliged to either. Just wait for your head and body graphic.
