Well just for you to trust me, ill tell you my story of how I am very great and successful with management.

I've been staff on quite the servers, and I am looking for a management spot for a server.

I am good with remote control, and Levels.

I don't abuse powers and rights.

I am nice, and amazing with scripting.

Start a real job in graal then with the experience maybe you should being a Manager.

@Shaymus; I think you might just want to start as a developer on someones server, and if you prove to be worthy they might just promote you. Just saying.

He recently worked on a server I was working n for two days. I think he only knows how to sort of "LAT" for I never seen him level anything while I was there.

Yes, because people just hire managers without them doing anything for the server and not knowing the person's potential.
