Deleted Customs?

I'm posting this here for a quick response due to the lack of response via email most of the time.

I logged in today to find my account's customs deleted.
(My well known Monkey head & the banana recolored backpack body.)

I am not sure why they were deleted, perhapse an accident?
They were transfered from my old account about two years ago.
I did not receive a refund, or any information as to why

Could anyone enlighten me of what might have happened?
I have had the same custom for almost 2 years.

Your customs have been refunded since they are against our current upload rules.
The same rules apply to you like everyone else and there were some players complaining about it so we had to take action.
If you remove the banana form of the grab frame you can re-upload the custom.
You´ve received a full refund - but since you´ve uploaded them on an old account the money went on this old account too:
File has been deleted: levels/custom_bodys/era_personal_body_3009663-122.png
The player pc:3009663 (Player) received 10000 Gralats as refund.
File has been deleted: levels/custom_heads/era_personal_head_3009663-111.gif
The player pc:3009663 (Player) received 20000 Gralats as refund.

If you wish I can transfer these 30k gralats to your current account. Just message me ingame or email me ([email protected]). Make sure you include your current account id which you can find in the feedback section.

Alright I'll email you, but what is the deal with the grab frame?

aww i loved the grab lol

We used to have alot of players hiding inappropriate stuff in the grab frame.
Some even made it so they turn invisible on certain ground while grabbing.
Or some turned into flowers etc.

That´s when we decided to not allow any different forms in the grab frame.
So that applies to your banana too.

Darn rules! Oh well, you will still look sweet when you re-upload!

That's too bad, oh well haha. I'll work something new out.

I've fixed the body, been wanting to do that for a while now lol.

Also it did indeed delete the npc images lol.
So that'll need to be fixed as well, thanks.
(When you fixed that would you be able to fix/replace the zoo keeper mixolodia outside as well, since her head is no longer avaiable. Replace it with a character that looks Steve Irwin -ish, and rename if Steve Irwin. If that isn't too much to ask, thanks.)

He gets an explanation and a full refund, all I get is half and no reason. It wasn't infringing copyright, it wasn't inappropriate in any way. Help?

Aw dang, Any chance you could do the transfer before you head to bed? It's still pretty early here, and I've got things I need to do for my films/etc. Also so it doesn't get forgotten about.

In light of this unfortunate event I have improved the Monkey head's detail.
(It won't animate like that. This is just to show a before/after shot of the head.)

Whats inapropriate of being a banana when grab? Lol I used to be 2 times smaller and actually started all those custom grab new rules... Once I even made myself invisible and the custom got approved XD. I made a gif head. 1st layer was invisible and 2nd was a normal head, that layer last 2 minutes. When a staff member was checking uploads he did not notice that its an invisible head.
Smart panda refunded that head in few hours xD I had fun though.

Btw thanks for full refund Layerd, Auron never gave me money back after deleting my customs.

So in other words, ban Yogy from uploading.
