You know spamming to get hired will decrease the chance for you to get hired?

1)Always start with a good base!
2)Pick your colours wisely and limit the colours as much as you can depending on the application
3)Be conscious of mixing colours and how they go down such as a solid red & blue for example

As for wanting a position, Callimuc is correct, begging will place you behind rather then in front.

And to add on to what Tricxta said, never use solid white or black (make it a little lighter than the lightest white or the darkest black) They don't work well with the game.
I advise you to read this before doing any graphics for graal

I think he's trolling. The bad grammar, the begging, seems legit to me.

This is incorrect, you can get away with using sold white and black easily on non-transparent images, but once you include transparency you have to manually exclude black and white from becoming transparent.

Okay, didn't know that, thanks. I just go one lighter/darker than the solid colour to avoid it all together.
