If this ever happens... what will happen?

I believe it would most likely be something involving an Arab-Israeli conflict.

I was thinking more along nucleur warfare.

Well given the international nature of these forums, things would get really awkward.

That conflict will probably be nuclear warfare.

Iran does. Egypt does (if it gets out of the economical crisis).

Right. The only reason we were able to nuke Japan in WW2 was because nobody else had nukes at the time. Now it's a whole different story.

I think WWIII could start by the US losing power in the middle east (like it is now) and with it, power over oil reserves and pipelines. Debt increases, we are no longer able to pay for foreign goods in fear of continuing to harm the economy. Depression sets in. China steps in and uses this to vantage. They will not directly instigate war, rather slowly begin to gain influence in areas of the middle east and of pipelines previously used bt the US. Tensions between Zionists and radical Muslims increase. More battles, more turmoil. All of it builds up and then it happens. The most destructive, conservative and intelligent war that will bring the world to its knees.
