Problem - VIP Renewal

So my VIP ran out, and I had 32000 or a little more on my account. I didn't want to renew my VIP, but when it ran out it automatically took gralats and renewed it. I DO NOT want VIP and want my gralats back.

You didn't deactivate your VIP account, it automatically sets your VIP payment status to recurring when you buy VIP, you need to deactivate it which merely sets it so you dont buy VIP the following month. You can deactivate VIP by going to the menu - VIP Account - Deactivate.

I always have it deactivated.

If you change your email on your profile it might stop charging on your account.

It ran out I it was deactivated. But, it charged me. I didn't want VIP, I never use it. And it's a frikin 7500 gralats. Graal just scammed me of $3.00, and I want it back.

The thing is, I already got the VIP item because I had like 2 days left when the gargoyle came out. It's $3.00 and I really want somebody to fix this.
And I want my gralats back, now I won't have enough for my look -.-
