In the news it says if you buy yourself presents it will have negative effects on the ones you recieve. How the hell do you buy yourself presents, and what kind of negative effects does it have?

The negative effects are eggnog for every present, and your ap jumps to 100 forever so you can't use it.

Oh it does actually. It can be traced using IP. If you really want to run the risk, well- I guess you won't be going thirsty anytime soon with all the eggnog ;)

What if I bought a smart present for my self before this was announced?

What comes out of these darn presents anyways? Gralats? I think not!

There are many ways to check to see if someone is/has bought themself a present. No, the news isn't to 'scare people off' it is to let them know that abuse of the system isn't tolerated. It is Christmas, and this petulant, selfish, and sly attitude of 'omg gonna buy myself gifts hurr' is not any part of it.

Basically, if you are thinking of abusing anything to buy yourself presents, don't bother or you'll ruin your own Christmas.

I got a big holiday raise from my job, and decided to use a little bit to get a iTunes card to buy graal gifts for my little brother, we're kinda in the same house so... I can't gift him? :| eny ways, I also refunded my custom head and body and used those gralats to buy gifts for random players that had low gralats and were less fortunate, I made the holidays a little happier I hope :D!

wait does one gift to yourself give you one coal, or does it have a negative effect on all the presents? i kinda want one coal just for the sake of having a coal.. cause im a demon...so naughty....yea..

Is there anything put in against gift for gift people? I mean tons of people are doing it, it isn't really part of the holiday spirit especially with the scamming.

Then again, both my friends and I gave each other gifts legitimately, I think you should get rid of the notification that a gift was given until christmas
