So they decided to settle it with you guys voting! Attachment 8108 Frog 1 Attachment 8107 Frog 2 |
Damn, I was staring at this five minutes straight and I still couldn't decide which one. They're both really good.
The first frog's shading is more organized than the second's. I also feel that the colors are more eye appealing in the first.
I think it depends in what perspective;
you're comparing two pieces of art that are obviously of two different styles, seeing as that one isn't even Graal-based. One is pixel and the other is freehand. |
No offence to both artists, but I don't like either of those.
I think the second one's shading looks random.
I like the second.
I like the first one more
The first reminds me of classic.
The second one reminds me of what you will find like Alice in wonderland. The second one in my mind looks cooler |
second one looks like its done by jester, just looks similar to his style
anyways i like the first one better because its color choice is much more appealing |
I find the second one more pleasing to the eye, but I'd have to know what they're being used for to decide which one suits the purpose better.
Neither one is as good as the artists are trying to say they are.
Yes after you pointed it out it does @pimpsy
Is the first one something for Delteria? I recognize those tiles...
The frog fits that style, I simply prefer the second as art in general. Sorry for repeating myself. |
1st Frog: It's got hideous lips and eyes. And I'm not sure if the orange pegs under its body is supposed to be its legs. Shading is smoother and good hue shifts.
2nd Frog: Good creativity, like the hat and its accessories. Interesting body shape as well. But terrible lineart. Feels too jagged and the shading is fairly interesting but somewhat too random especially on its knees where there are random green highlight strands there. |
