Character Slots For GH's ?

I would like to see a way of saving the look and position of you guild house furniture in a way like we do for our player looks. This would allow us to edit our house and if we want it the way it looked before we could easily change it back to normal. This would only work as long as the furniture isnt sold or used in the alternate server.
What you all think ?

I like this idea seeing as i have over 700 furni items and its a pain in the ass to re decorate. but also I'm sure you can see the problems with this idea. Even if they make it so it's "if you dont sell the furniture" how would the server know which not to place? for instance you save a GH with 5 chairs. restore it. sell 1 chair, how would the server know which of the chairs not to put down? anyways idea: great. probable?: maybe not
