Here's a neat little infographic for you guys. As you can see, the web has become significantly more worldwide over the past two decades. And China has had a sudden expansion into global dominance as an internet presence.

That's interesting D: What caused China to gain so many so quickly?

The large population and increasing demand to live like the US and such.

Large broadband projects, when I was on exchange in china they were digging lines to service a new neighbourhood of 50,000 people.

I thought it was interesting how the UN demanded ownership of the internet or whatever happened there. Does the US govt really "own" the internet?... anyone else have opinion?
