Hi! I'm not really back. But. I sent in an account transfer request more than a month ago, because I no longer have access to that email account. Anyways, with the new version, I can't update until I get transferred. So any chance of some help?:) thanks!

If you don't have access to an old email anymore, your best bet is to contact an admin in game.

I am having the same problem, what staff should I contact?

This is getting a bit ridiculous. I just sold the device that my old account was on. I can't log onto that email still. So I can't get on that account at all. Please help ^___^

um, they still haven't solve my account to my email. I sent that in september I believe..
