Banned for using a non-apple device.
 

Hello, I was just recently banned for 'Using a non-apple device' the time left is 700+ Hours. I find this silly, because I am using an iPad! This just happened 5-10 Minutes ago, and also my friend Ryfly was banned aswell. This reason would not make sense, because what happened to Facebook users? Thank you for your time and I hope this gets fixed soon!

they probably need to fix the ban reason :P anyway, you most likely have been using a relay hack or your IP simply got banned because of another person either randomly getting yours (through faking his/her own IP) or actually logging into your network (brother, sister, friend,...)

Still can't believe they removed the ability to feedback on the ban screen, so you can't do anything but email them and wait, instead of getting it sorted out right there, so you suffer a ban lasting until the email is read, even if you are innocent. Someone needs to revamp the whole ban system :/

I have been on my iPad the whole time, I don't use PC, too laggy. Also, I am the only one that uses Graal for my IP.

I didn't post that, that may have been Ryfly, for he has been banned for the same reason.

thats happned to me ages avgo its automatic ban and they said they couldnt do anything.I just had to wait it out

It was him, but you were banned for the same reason so I don't think it matters.

What did you do in order for the ban? I was doing guild events with my buds then i was brb @ Swamptown Library. I went on Facebook and saw Ryfly's post and then I went on graal and saw the ban...:/

You probably had a hacking app/program installed on your iDevice/PC. That's the only thing I can think of. They can easily detect any program that you have when you log on, like CheatEngine.

Or someone that has/had access to your account, is banned. I've seen that as an issue lately. It'd ban all the accounts that player has access before, even if you revoke it. They should really fix it ._. Maybe one of your friends was trying out the WiiRemote thingy that someone posted earlier xD.

It was a glitch. I have unbanned everyone that has e-mailed in, but I'm sure there are a lot that haven't. Xor said he'll deal with the others.
