new to pixel art
 

Hey guys and gals im am here to try and find help with pixel art i havent tryed much art. But were i get stuck at is detail and like blending colors. I am looking for any help i can get. Here is what im working on atm but am stuck :\ this isent much compaired but like i said i am in need of help.

You should really crop the image so we know what it is. And is it like a hat or..? I cant tell

Hat or head not sure yet... its nothing special..

A little bit more shading could be added but so far it's good. :)

A head needs aton of work. Buy thats why im here :) Like i need to know how to go about shading it and adding more detail.

It's based off a game called bioshock. But I'm ganna make it a head.

I played Bioshock , what exactly from it is it supposed to be/ based off from it ?

I was trying to make it look like the alpha series big daddy helmet. Still a work in progress...

just make the size a bit bigger and make the colour a bit darker,then its good!

Thank ifake that did help! i had a hard time choocing the right colors to use when shading and the dilthering. What do u think...?

i would suggest you to make it bigger because at the moment i can't see it to feedback :(

If you cant see it , Dont do outline in black do the outline :
Dark color of the subject color , like on my example its grey so , outline is dark grey
