Halloween House

Its pretty late in Halloween now and so i guess the house in the north with a fence guarded by officers isnt going to open this year?

that was last year, there is a quest for the new halloween castle.

I thought so. I finished the castle quest and i was hoping the other house would be like a Oct.31 1-Day event only. Oh well. Thanks for the info
